This wk's IFW sessions were stepping stones of differing degrees for our flyers...!
Some of the highlights of the night: Karen DL is beginning to tackle her Layout. Galit E. played w/her multiple uprises, Cut Away Halves & Layouts. Marisa B. worked on taking her Shooting Star upwards. Molly G. Maryam W. showed us her powerfully high swing before we taught her a Full Twisting Straight Jump. She got that FTSJ rather quickly, too, before making some nice OOM B/E catches w/me! Suzanne M. is in pursuit of adopting the technique to acquire a bigger swing. She has all the components, she just needs to put them together at the right tempo. Take a look at one of Suzanne's latest Layout's:
And, for the big news of the evening: our Amy G. did her 1st Fwd Overs OOM! (Yes, she knows she still has to stay tight & present to the catcher, but it's a huge step fwd nonetheless!)
